Mindseed, on behalf of DAEM and the Municipality of Athens, collaborated with Google for the implementation of an AI search engine and digital agent and voice search to the cityofathens.gr site. This is the official site of the municipality of Athens.
AI Search
The AI technologies on the site of the Municipality of Athens contribute directly to the convenience of the residents of the Municipality. Through ai search, citizens are given the opportunity to ask any question about the services of the Municipality and receive quick and easy answers.
The implementation is based on Google - Gemini Al in the Gemini-1.0-pro-002 node. Big query was used as well as Looker Studio. The entire implementation runs on Google Cloud. Gemini was integrated into the Wordpress CMS, which supports the municipality's website
To optimize the results received by citizens, anonymous recording of questions and answers at the search and agent level is done. Also, error logging is done. Data storage is done in Big query and visualization of the logs is done in Looker Studio.
AI Chatbox Agent
Specifically, the new AI digital agent is a major upgrade to the user experience of the City's website, offering interactive communication, instant answers 24/7.
Through this implementation, Athens residents and visitors can now easily and quickly find the information they need, reducing waiting time and increasing service efficiency.
This implementation is based on Google - Gemini AI in Gemini 1.5-pro (preview), ensuring high accuracy and natural conversation flow. At Mindseed, we undertook the design, development and integration of the AI chatbot.
